What we collect and why

Only what you send with the contact form: your name, email address, topic and message. We use it to answer you and to follow up on your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who handles the data for us

Cloudflare – hosts the website and checks that the form is not sent by a robot (Turnstile).
Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) – delivers the form message to our mailbox.
Google – our email inbox.

Some of these companies may process data outside the EU; they use the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep messages as long as needed to handle your matter, and delete them at the latest 24 months after the last contact.

Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The site only remembers your language choice in your own browser.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Write to info@mivanord.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
